This is the Oceano Dunes State Vehicular Recreation Area, a popular destination for ATV and off-highway vehicle riding on the Central Coast. It features miles of open sand dunes and beachfront accessible to the public. Visitors must obtain a permit and follow all park regulations for off-road use.
