Business Listings

By submitting a business listing, you represent that you are authorized to act on behalf of the business and that all information provided is accurate. We reserve the right to review, edit, or remove any listing at our discretion.

Featured Business Subscriptions

Featured Business listings are available as a monthly subscription at the price displayed at checkout. By subscribing, you agree to the following:

• Your subscription will automatically renew each month until canceled.
• You may cancel at any time through your billing dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Featured placement, badges, and your editable business page are active only while your subscription is current.
• We reserve the right to modify Featured benefits with reasonable notice.
• Content you add to your Featured business page must be accurate, non-misleading, and appropriate. We may remove content that violates these standards.

Payment & Refunds

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your payment information. Refunds may be issued at our discretion for billing errors or service issues. Contact us at [email protected] for billing questions.

Content & Intellectual Property

All content on 805.life, including text, images, and design, is owned by 805.life or its content providers. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without permission. Content you submit for your business listing may be used by 805.life to promote your business on the site.

Limitation of Liability

805.life is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the site, including but not limited to loss of business or revenue. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding any claim.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
